In this specific piece of writing, we will use the term "literary studies" to refer to all aspects of research, analysis, or interpretation that are devoted to literature. This includes both academic and non-academic research. According to one school of thinking, data analysis in literary studies should integrate classified and verbal indexing, strive for thesaurus management, and use electronic data processing. This school of thought has been around for quite some time. An explanation of the concept of facet analysis as it relates to literary studies, as well as a discussion of the Modern Language Association (MLA) as a contemporary example of an organization that employs that approach, will be included in this article. In addition, the report will make some brief observations on the widespread limitations of data analysis in this field.

The field of human resources is experiencing a profound transformation due to the increasing prevalence of artificial intelligence (AI). The objective of this research is to shed light on the advancements and ramifications of AI within the realm of HR.

In an effort to comprehend the drivers and obstacles of green consumption and communication in Bangalore, a poll was performed among unrelated consumers. By examining consumer behavior, the research looks at the possibilities of ecological marketing. The goal of this study was to find green consumers based on their personal characteristics and comprehend how consumers generally felt about green goods. It's critical to emphasize how growing but underappreciated the ethical and ecological industry is. Study found that customers are ready pay price premium only to some extent only, so marketers should concentrate on pricing of the product.

The paper titled “Human Capital Development through Apprenticeship System: The Igbo way of Wealth Distribution” focuses on the assessment and measurement of the human capital stock among the Igbo speaking people of Eastern Nigeria. The paper aims to explore the effectiveness of the Igbo apprenticeship system and how it has contributed to improving their human capital. The apprenticeship system has distinguished the Igbo people both socially and economically and has been an integral part of their development efforts. The Igbo people understand entrepreneurship as a potent economic force that can spur development and growth at the individual level. They have utilized this understanding in their apprenticeship system, which serves as a training ground for individuals to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge needed to become successful entrepreneurs. As human capital increases through this method of training, it is conjectured that employment growth elasticity decreases, resulting in a less labor-intensive economy and higher economic growth not only for the Igbo people but for the nations of the world where they spread. The paper is based on the Cognitive Apprenticeship Theory, which postulates that apprentices not only learn skills through observation and practice but also develop meta-cognitive skills, problem-solving strategies, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to stand on their own. The paper utilizes both primary and secondary sources of data to support its argument. The findings of the paper show that the apprenticeship system of the Igbo people has made them a force to be reckoned with in the socio-political and techno-economic sector of Nigeria and Africa at large. Their resilience and entrepreneurial ingenuity have enabled many of them to become successful business owners and employers, contributing significantly to the development and growth of Nigeria's economy. Therefore, the paper recommends that the Igbo apprenticeship model should be emulated by other ethnic groups in Nigeria. rather than seeing the Igbo people as rivals in business, other ethnic groups can learn from their successful apprenticeship system and replicate it in their communities, thereby contributing to the development and growth of the Nigerian economy. Overall, the Igbo apprenticeship system is recognized as a significant contributor to human capital development and should be celebrated and promoted.

It is critical to be knowledgeable about the quality of drinking water resources in rural areas. Because of the recent increase in water demand brought on by population development and intensive agricultural practices, hydro-geochemical studies are becoming more significant for the usage of groundwater. The quality of drinking water is one of the main environmental health risks. Controlling and avoiding diseases that are spread by water start with using clean drinking water. This study has established whether the Matoba Lake water quality is suitable for drinking or not. Six samples were taken from various locations, and the physiochemical properties of each sample were checked. The physiochemical analysis of the water was conducted in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Central Water Commission, the World Health Organization, and the Central Pollution Control Board of India. Standards for water quality and other variables, such as pH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Temperature, Specific Conductivity, and Total Dissolved Solid, were looked at. All of the samples had pH values that ranged from being extremely basic to slightly neutral. There were variations in TDS, temperature, pH, and conductivity between samples. The water in the river, according to the investigation, cannot be used to make drinking water.

Yoga is the art of living a disciplined life. Sanyāsa is the art of renunciation in life. Jeevanamukti is the art of living a free life without attachment. All these three concepts and ethical paradigms are concerned with our practical life. These are not mere speculations with philosophical jargons. The Bhagavat Gitā teaches both karma yoga and karma sanyāsa and their compatibility in living a life of Jeevanamukta. Freedom is the highest pursuit of human life. But the freedom that is experienced in our pragmatic life and keeps us engaged in all worldly assignments with the sense of detachment is called Jeevanmukti. This is the goal of life. Yoga and Sanyāsa are the spiritual disciplines through which we can aspire for Jeevanamukti in this empirical world of attachments and sufferings.

This study was conducted in different MSWDO (Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices) of Second Congressional District of Cotabato, School Year 2022-2023. It deals on the experiences of Social Workers in the Local Government Unit. The researcher used narratology design with the participants ranging from 50 to 63 years of age and are Social Workers working in the Local Government Unit. It was found that the Social Workers having lack of resources, struggling with themselves, difficulties in planning, struggling in paper works, lack of understanding and lack of rest hours. In terms of their coping strategies, they convinced themselves that God has the purpose why they are in that situation; bonding or enjoying with their co-workers; shared their clients’ problem to their co-workers so they can get advices of what is the best thing to do to solve the problem.

Employees who are engaged will give the best performance and do things related to the job optimallyin order to achieve the goals of the institution. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees of the West Java Provincial Forestry Service.The research method used is quantitative research method, using descriptive statistik analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the state of employee engagement and employee performance in the West Java Provincial Forestry Service is in good category. Partially, absorption elements have been found to effect the employee performance. However, together with vigor and dedication, absorption element have an effect of 67,5 percent on employee performance, meaning that of all variables that can affect employee performance, employee engagement only affects 67,5 percent.

This paper examines the Turkey–United States relations on the eve of the changing international system, giving emphasis on the Ukraine War and the results of Russia’s strategic behavior. Starting from core assumptions of Alliance Theory, this study aims to reappraise the framework in which Ankara–Washington relations evolve in the aftermath of the end of the Cold War and the newly arisen balance of power. Essentially, the current paper focuses on Turkey’s role with regard to regional crises – including the Ukraine War – and consequently examines the prospects, as well as any opportunities and challenges the new situation poses to Ankara’s geostrategy. It aims to give emphasis on Turkey’s strategic behavior in parallel with the bloody evolutions in Ukraine and Russia’s operational as well as diplomatic maneuvers, since Turkish strategy seems to be in transition especially in the aftermath of the February 2023 earthquake in its southern and central regions and northern and western Syria.

This qualitative research is designed to look at the language of football with particular reference to the use of metonymy and zero copulas in football reportage, specifically on the headlines of online portals during the transfer window. In the dynamic landscape of sports journalism, the choice of words and linguistic devices can significantly influence the perception of events and players. Through an in-depth analysis of transfer news headlines, this research seeks to unravel how these linguistic elements contribute to the construction of meaning, impact reader perception, and reflect the distinctive nature of football discourse. The approach is mainly descriptive. Two football online news portals, Sky Sports and All Football, were purposively selected. 100 football transfer news headlines were observed between 27th of May and 23rd of June, 2023, out of which 60 were selected and analysed using conceptual metonymy theory and genre analysis. The findings reveal that football news reports, aside from football register, employ metonymy and zero copulas in their headlines to capture readers’ attention. We see names of teams used to represent persons performing activities on behalf of the teams. Again, there are instances of names of stadiums used to represent the teams. Zero copulas are also used for concise and crisp headlines that are apt in conveying meaning and evoking the appropriate feelings or expectation of readers. Ultimately, this investigation exposes the subtle yet influential role of language in football journalism, offering valuable insights into how metonymy and zero copula contribute to the formation of narratives and the public's perception of the ever-evolving football transfer landscape. Understanding these linguistic phenomena not only enhances our grasp of sports discourse but also underscores the broader implications of language in shaping our understanding of complex events and phenomena in the media. The study has professional as well as pedagogical implications.

This study explores the unique challenges and effective strategies in teaching choral conducting within church music education programs. While choral conducting is crucial in worship settings, the pedagogical approaches specific to church contexts remain underexplored. This research aims to identify the primary challenges faced by educators, compare them with secular settings, and uncover successful teaching strategies. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving 50 choral conducting educators from various U.S. church music programs. Data collection included surveys, in-depth interviews with 15 participants, remote observations of 10 classes, and analysis of course materials. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative data underwent thematic analysis. Results revealed that integrating spiritual elements with technical skills (86%) and addressing diverse musical backgrounds (72%) were primary challenges. Compared to secular education, the need to incorporate theological understanding into conducting technique (91%) emerged as a significant difference. Effective strategies included integrated curriculum approaches (88% success rate), mentorship programs (75%), and technology integration for self-assessment (70%). Educators reported improved student outcomes in sacred text interpretation (65% improvement) and spiritual leadership confidence (72% enhancement). The findings highlight the complex nature of teaching choral conducting in church settings, emphasizing the need for specialized approaches that blend musical, theological, and pedagogical expertise. This study contributes to developing more comprehensive educational programs for church choir conductors, addressing the unique intersection of musical artistry and spiritual leadership. Future research should explore long-term career outcomes and global perspectives in church music education.

This study investigates the historical use of psalms and hymns in Christian worship and explores their contemporary applications. Through a comprehensive review of literature and analysis of current worship practices, the research traces the evolution of musical worship from ancient times to the modern era. The methodology focuses on a qualitative analysis of historical documents and modern worship contexts, identifying key shifts in the use of psalms and hymns across different time periods. The results reveal that while the foundational elements of psalm and hymn traditions remain influential in contemporary worship, significant adaptations have been made to accommodate modern cultural preferences and the evolving needs of worshippers. These changes include the incorporation of contemporary music styles, digital platforms, and the shifting roles of communal and individual worship in Christian communities. The discussion highlights the enduring significance of psalms and hymns in preserving theological and liturgical continuity, while also acknowledging the challenges and opportunities presented by modern worship innovations. Ultimately, the study concludes that psalms and hymns continue to serve as vital components of Christian worship, even as they undergo meaningful transformations in response to the dynamics of contemporary society. This research contributes to the broader understanding of the relationship between historical worship traditions and modern adaptations, offering insights into how ancient practices can be meaningfully integrated into current worship contexts. The findings suggest future directions for exploring the role of tradition and innovation in shaping the spiritual and communal experiences of Christian worshippers.

Batam, as one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing urban centers, presents a distinctive context for Christian Religious Education (CRE). The city’s multicultural and multireligious environment requires an educational approach that not only transmits doctrinal knowledge but also nurtures faith capable of engaging diversity. This study explores how the integration of Christian Religious Education and urban theology contributes to students’ holistic spiritual formation in Batam’s plural society. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis in selected Christian schools in Batam. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of pedagogical practices and theological perspectives that support faith formation amid cultural plurality. The findings indicate that effective Christian Religious Education in Batam emphasizes three core dimensions: theological contextualization of the Gospel within urban life, pedagogical strategies that respect cultural and religious diversity, and the cultivation of dialogue-based learning that fosters mutual understanding. Teachers who integrate theological reflection with practical pedagogy demonstrate higher effectiveness in nurturing students’ critical faith engagement. The study highlights the importance of linking urban theology with CRE to respond to the challenges of secularism, interreligious encounters, and cultural hybridity in Batam. Such an approach not only strengthens Christian identity but also promotes tolerance, empathy, and responsible citizenship. Integrating Christian Religious Education with urban theology provides a transformative model for nurturing faith in Batam’s multicultural context, offering valuable insights for religious education in other urban and plural settings across Indonesia.
