Based on the questionnaire survey data and empirical research of 600 postal express users, the structural equation model is to evaluate and analyze customer satisfaction with postal express service from four aspects: acceptance service, delivery service, post-sales service and service quality. The results show that acceptance service and post-sales service have a direct positive impact on customer satisfaction, and delivery service has an indirect impact on customer satisfaction through post-sales service and acceptance service, and there is a two-way relationship between acceptance service and delivery service. This indicates that each customer satisfaction evaluation index is correlated with each other, and the improvement of a single ability index may not directly improve the customer satisfaction of postal express service. According to the results of the empirical study, it is suggested to strengthen the management of receiving and sending services, improve the quality and efficiency of receiving and sending services, strengthen the management of delivery services, improve the quality and efficiency of delivery services, strengthen the post-sales service management, optimize the customer service acceptance process and response speed, continuous improvement and innovation, and continuously improve the service.

This research surveys how parasocial interaction (PSI) affects the leadership effectiveness of nonprofit organizations (NPOs) on social media. Literature review survey derivation and propositions were proposed. The findings showed parasocial interaction mediates the impact of NPOs social media credibility (which includes reliability, credibility, and attractiveness of the information source) on NPOs' effectiveness (community Identification and citizenship behavior). This implies that parasocial interaction is crucial for nonprofit organizational effectiveness on social media and proposes NPOs’ social media engagement strategies.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of 1) performance allowances and job satisfaction on intrinsic motivation, 2) performance allowances and job satisfaction on performance, 3) intrinsic motivation on performance, 4) performance allowances on employee performance through intrinsic motivation, 5) job satisfaction influences employee performance through intrinsic motivation. The research was conducted at the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency (BP2MI) with a research sample of 85 respondents. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the research show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances and job satisfaction on intrinsic motivation, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances and job satisfaction on performance, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on performance, 4) there is a positive and significant effect of performance allowances on employee performance through intrinsic motivation, 5) there is no positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through intrinsic motivation.

This study aims to highlight the concept of electronic advertising and how this process is carried out, taking into account modern methods to help companies achieve their goals, enhance their marketing plans, and avoid potential mistakes. It also clarifies the important role of electronic advertising in educating consumers and sometimes guiding them to choose quality products, thereby achieving marketing plans and simultaneously promoting the culture of electronic services, which is considered the arena of modern commerce. In other words, it has contributed to creating competitive opportunities for companies through awareness and attention to the electronic field in advertising and marketing. The study reached several conclusions that could help understand the role of electronic advertising in the success of marketing plans in reality and the benefits derived from it.

This study investigates the relationship between financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) investment among Indonesian cement companies. Findings reveal a positive correlation between stronger financial metrics and increased CSR expenditures, with companies like PT Semen Padang and PT Semen Gresik demonstrating this trend. Broader and diversified CSR programs are linked to enhanced financial outcomes, indicating that comprehensive CSR efforts can boost financial performance. Challenges such as financial constraints, lack of managerial support, regulatory pressures, and technological limitations impede CSR implementation, especially for smaller firms. The effectiveness of CSR initiatives in addressing local needs is evident, particularly in education, health, and infrastructure. Recommendations include strategic integration of CSR into business operations, securing managerial support, and exploring alternative funding sources for smaller firms. Future research should explore longitudinal impacts, sector-specific strategies, and technological advancements in CSR.

This study examines the impact of accrual accounting understanding on the quality of government financial reports, with a focus on the Biak Numfor Regency. Utilizing empirical data, the research investigates how a deeper comprehension of accrual accounting principles influences the transparency, accuracy, and overall quality of financial reporting within the local government. The study employs quantitative methods to analyse survey responses from financial officers and auditors, assessing the correlation between their understanding of accrual accounting and the quality of financial reports produced. Findings reveal that a robust understanding of accrual accounting significantly enhances the quality of financial reporting, promoting better fiscal management and accountability. These insights are crucial for policymakers and financial managers aiming to improve financial reporting practices in local governments.

This study investigates the influence of television and social media on feminist awareness across generations in Northern Vietnam. Employing a quantitative approach, we conducted surveys and utilized PLS-SEM and Necessary Condition Analysis to examine data from Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z participants. Our findings reveal a significant generational shift, with social media emerging as an increasingly dominant and necessary condition for feminist awareness, particularly among younger generations, while television's influence wanes. This research uniquely contributes to understanding media effects on feminist consciousness in non-Western contexts, challenging traditional media influence theories. The study's significance lies in its implications for developing generation-specific strategies to promote gender equality and feminist awareness in an increasingly digital world.
