Abstract:
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of 1) performance allowances and job satisfaction on intrinsic motivation, 2) performance allowances and job satisfaction on performance, 3) intrinsic motivation on performance, 4) performance allowances on employee performance through intrinsic motivation, 5) job satisfaction influences employee performance through intrinsic motivation. The research was conducted at the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency (BP2MI) with a research sample of 85 respondents. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis.
The results of the research show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances and job satisfaction on intrinsic motivation, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of performance allowances and job satisfaction on performance, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on performance, 4) there is a positive and significant effect of performance allowances on employee performance through intrinsic motivation, 5) there is no positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through intrinsic motivation.
