This study examines the perceptions and needs of educators at the Faculty of Foreign Languages regarding academic services and scientific research, based on a questionnaire completed by 22 educators. The aim of this study is to identify areas where the resources, support, and infrastructure provided by the institution can be improved to better support academic and research activities. The analysis of the collected data provides a clear overview of the educators' viewpoints and suggests strategies for enhancing research and educational capacities. The study is part of a project funded by the University of Tirana, aiming to integrate new and innovative methods in scientific research in the field of foreign language teaching.
