Abstract:

This paper looks at the Win-Win-Win Papakonstantinidis Model as a new addition to classical game theory and Nash bargaining principles. Unlike traditional negotiation methods that focus only on the interests of two parties, this model introduces a third important element, the Community, into the bargaining process. The study examines how to reach lasting agreements through a balance involving economic benefit, social welfare, and environmental responsibility. Key ideas such as the "sensitization process," the "Angel’s Point," behavioral elasticity, and socially acceptable choices are explored both mathematically and philosophically. The paper also covers the model's uses in sustainable tourism, regional development, environmental management, labor economics, organizational governance, and public administration driven by artificial intelligence. By incorporating ethics, empathy, and collective well-being into decision-making, the model provides a solid approach for achieving socially sustainable and economically stable results in today's governance and development systems.
