This study investigates the impact of Christian spirituality on the development of church musicians, examining how spiritual practices and beliefs influence their musical skills, leadership abilities, and approach to worship ministry. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving 75 church musicians from various Christian denominations. Data were gathered through surveys, in-depth interviews, and performance evaluations, allowing for both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results reveal that a strong spiritual foundation plays a crucial role in shaping musicians' interpretation of worship music, leadership style, and dedication to their ministry roles. Correlations were identified between regular spiritual practices—such as prayer, scripture study, and participation in communal worship—and enhanced musical sensitivity, improved interpersonal and leadership skills, and a deeper theological understanding of worship. These findings suggest that musicians who actively engage in Christian spiritual practices exhibit greater artistic and pastoral effectiveness in their ministry.  In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of integrating Christian spirituality into church musicians' training, as it contributes not only to their technical and artistic growth but also to their holistic development as worship leaders. This research emphasizes that spiritual nurturing, alongside musical education, is essential for cultivating effective, spiritually grounded musicians who are well-prepared to lead congregations in meaningful worship.
