This study aims to determine how the intellectual intelligence of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers can improve the learning outcomes of PAK students in class XI Science-1 Pematangsiantar. The population in the study consists of all students in class XI Science-1, totaling 29 students. Data collection on the PAK learning outcomes of students through the intellectual intelligence of PAK teachers in class XI Science-1 Pematangsiantar was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The Likert scale is used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of an individual or group about social events or phenomena. The stages of data analysis were carried out in four phases: (a) planning; (b) action implementation; (c) evaluation; and (d) reflection. The results of the data analysis indicate and can be concluded that the PAK learning outcomes of students increased from cycle I to cycle III. This improvement is shown by the rise in the average learning outcome scores, which increased by 3.92 in cycle I, 5.49 in cycle II, and further increased by 6.10 in cycle III. In cycle I, there were still 11 students whose learning outcomes were not yet satisfactory, while in cycles II and III, all students' learning outcomes were satisfactory. The average questionnaire score also increased from cycle I to cycle III. In cycle I, the average score was 3.34, which increased to 3.50 in cycle II and further to 3.58 in cycle III.
