This paper aims to expose the result of a research conduction regarding the efficacy of religious conselor and parent’s motivation in developing children character. Research method used was quantitative method within descriptive quantitative approach. Population of the research was 50 students, and all is taken as the sample, as well, that is why the reaserch is termed as populative research. As Arikunto (2018) said, if the amount of the population less than 100, it is suggested to take them altogether as the sample, as well. Furthermore, Sugiono (2019) said that sample is a cluster of representative population. To gather the data of the three variables of the research, it was certainly needed kinds of instrumentation namely closed questionnaire. This instrumentation was used to find the data dealing with the research problem; whether there is or not, an efficacy of religious conselor and parent’s motivation in developing children character. The research result proved that administered data rxy by using bi-correlation formula, it was found that Ryx1x2 = 0.810 as the r-obtained, whereas r-table was 0.297. It was found that r-obt > rtable, which means that there is a positive and significant influence among the three variables of the research simultanously of X1 X2 towards variable Y. Hypothesis test proved that F-obtained = 44.779 whereas F-table = 3.23 means that F-obt > F-tab or 44.779 > 3.23. It can be interpreted that Ha was accepted and automatically H0 was rejected which means that it was found that there is a strong afficacy of religious conselor and parent’s motivation in developing children character.
