This study investigates the trends and hotspots in China's sports industry from 2021 to 2025, with a focus on revealing significant aspects of this field in China and providing insights into its developmental trends within the academic realm. By utilizing VOSviewer 1.6.20(0) and Excel software, the research employs bibliometric analysis to comprehensively depict the academic landscape of recent trends and hotspots in China's sports studies. The findings underscore China's prominent role in this field, supported by 1,285 publications, and also highlight the substantial contributions of scholars such as Huang Haiyan, Shen Keyin, and Wang Jiahong.
