Indonesia has quite large potential and reserves of non-metallic minerals, which are spread almost evenly throughout the region. Excavated materials include andesite, amounting to 18.98 billion tons, one of which is in the province of East Java. Estimating subsurface andesite reserves is urgent, as a first step in exploration. The presence of andesite below the surface is searched using Geophysical methods, one of which is Geoelectric. Processing geoelectric data using inversion produces inversion modeling, which is used to interpret geoelectric data. This research compares Least Square and Robust Inversion data to estimate andesite resources in the Tugu Area, Trenggalek Regency. The research results show that the Least Square inversion results have a smaller error than the Robust, but the cross-section of the Robust inversion is smoother than the Least Square inversion results. The Robust inversion cross-section has a higher resistivity value than the Least Square Inversion cross-section. Based on the resistivity range of the two inversion results, the areas are divided into three lithologies. Low resistivity values < 200 Ωm are soil, medium values (200–500) Ωm are indicated as weathered andesite, and high values > 500 Ωm are indicated as compact andesite.

The study's objective: The present study aims to observe the different types of birds in the Damodar River-based surroundings in Kanchannagar, Burdwan to find the most suitable bird resident. Methodology (materials and methods): Here, mainly the photographers, visitors, tourists, communities, scientists, social workers, teachers, ex-students, educationists, students and guide teachers of Kanchannagar D. N. Das High School as ‘Nature Scientists’ forming different active groups, properly discuss among themselves, undertake, random sampling, counting, collecting, recording, analyzing, seeing patterns, trends and local problem, and interaction-survey and mentions some of the solutions deployed to overcome the problem by using mobile phones, camera, and binocular, etc. Results and Findings: The results indicate that the different types of birds shown in five areas in the ‘Damodar River-based Kanchannagar’; ‘Idilpur and Banka-Siphon’ have maintained the steadily increasing different types of bird populations from December 2010 to January 2024 helped to find the most suitable bird resident for establishing ‘Natural Birds Hub’ with different eco-components. Practical Implications: It may be implied as a ‘Natural Birds Hub’ for the natural bird lover tourist, which may enrich the circular socio-economic environment health and prevent future pandemics. Scope for Future Work: The ‘Idilpur’ will be the best ‘Natural Birds Hub’ for migratory birds, and the ‘Banka-Siphon’ may be established or transformed into an excellent ‘Research Centre for birds, pisciculture, fishery, indigenous breeding, wild animals, bio-medicines, eco-technology, socio-economy, circular economy, environmental policy, ecology, tourism education, agriculture, horticulture, eco-components, and management of natural, public and private future complex relationships, scientific healthcare, biomedicines, and skill development with job facilities for well beings. Limitations: The success mainly depends on the different types of Government support, large amounts of financial grants, different specialist scientists, engineers, ethics, priorities, values, motivation, priority, and a good attitude, etc.

An organic substance produced through fermentation is vinegar. Good sources of substrate for the production of vinegar are foods high in carbohydrates. The flavor and aroma of vinegar make it a popular element in culinary preparations. The most well-known folk remedy for treating infections is this one. Vinegar has long been utilized in medicine to treat ailments like edema, burns, rashes, and stomach problems. There is a large variety of vinegar available in the world, including fruit, rice, black, balsamic, and grain varieties. They have distinct flavors and tastes since they are made with various basic ingredients and fermentation techniques. In addition to improving metabolic processes like lipid metabolism, blood glucose regulation, and body weight control, vinegar has antibacterial, antioxidant, anticancer, and anti-infection qualities. Many bioactive substances, such as organic acids, ligustrazine, polyphenols, melanoidin's, and tryptophol, are thought to be abundant in it. These bioactive substances in vinegar are thought to be the cause of its pharmacological and metabolic advantages. Vinegar may help treat obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and microbiological infections, according to several studies. The healing properties of vinegar may be attributed to the presence of acetic acid and other ingredients. The aquatic environment especially the rivers and lake within the State of Anambra, Nigeria have been such that serves as avenue for different activities ranging from domestic to religious, agricultural, flood, etc. Thus, its ability to encourage the proliferation of microorganisms. This study was aimed at isolating and identifying bacteria and fungi from rivers and lake located at Anambra Central Senatorial District, Anambra State. Forty-two water samples were collected in triplicates from seven (7) water bodies randomly selected from each town representing the seven (7) Local Government Area in Anambra Central Senatorial District. Bacteria and fungi were isolated from these samples using standard isolation techniques. The isolates were identified phenotypically through morphological, microscopic and biochemical characteristics. A total of two hundred and sixty-six (266) isolates were recovered from them. Bacteria isolates represented 241(90.60%) of the total number of microbial isolates compared to the fungi isolates 25(9.40%). The bacteria isolated were Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Salmonella Typhi while the fungi isolates were Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Candida albicans etc. Bacillus subtilis was observed to be predominant among the bacteria isolates while Candida albicans was predominant among the fungi isolates. In this study, the results established the presence of both bacteria and fungi in varying degrees. The frequency of occurrence of bacteria isolates was significantly higher than the fungi isolate in all the sample locations. This shows that bacteria greatly exceed fungi numerically in all habitat including aquatic habitat as equally reported by most researchers.
