CONTRIBUTION AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM THE DEVELOPMENT OF TREMOR AND THERAPEUTIC POSSIBILITIESTremor is the most common hyperkinesis in clinical neurology. Accumulated information indicates that tremor often occurs when the integrative activity of the central nervous system is disrupted with the participation of structures related to nonspecific brain systems. The authors tried to analyze their own and published clinical and experimental data on the effects on tremorogenesis of the autonomic nervous system, as well as evaluate possible pathogenetic ways of correction.

SYNTHESIS AND PHARMACOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF NOVEL ACETAMIDE DERIVATIVES FOR ANTIPSYCHOTIC ACTIVITYThe present study reports the synthesis and pharmacological evaluation of a series of novel acetamide derivatives designed to explore their potential antipsychotic activity. The compounds were synthesized through standard acylation techniques, and their structures were confirmed using FT-IR, ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, and mass spectrometry. The synthesized derivatives were screened using established behavioral models in rodents, including amphetamine-induced hyperlocomotion and apomorphine-induced stereotypy. Several compounds showed significant reductions in hyperactivity and stereotypic movements, indicating possible dopamine receptor antagonism. Catalepsy assessments were performed to evaluate extrapyramidal side-effect liability, and select derivatives exhibited favorable activity with minimal motor impairment compared to reference antipsychotic drugs. Preliminary structure–activity relationship analysis suggested that specific substituent modifications enhanced pharmacological responses. Overall, the findings indicate that these novel acetamide derivatives may serve as promising lead molecules for further development of safer and more effective antipsychotic agents.

Preformulation Studies and Their Parallel Role in Analytical and Formulation DevelopmentPreformulation studies serve as the scientific foundation of pharmaceutical product development by generating essential physicochemical information about a drug substance. These data guide the selection of excipients, formulation strategy, dose design, analytical method development, and stability assessment. The integration of preformulation with analytical sciences ensures accurate characterization of the drug molecule, while its parallel role in formulation development supports the creation of stable, safe, and efficacious dosage forms. This article discusses the strategic importance of preformulation, its alignment with analytical method development.

Current Trends: Recent Innovation and Impacts of Flap Necrosis in Breast ReductionBreast obese necrosis is an unsupported fat tissue pain caused by oxygen dissipation made available towards fat cells, ultimately primarily towards cell death. It often occurs in women who endure breast measures, even if they are also able to be present in combination with melanoma. Almost common etiology is disturbing in non-surgical patients. This hustle and bustle review the etiology, pathway physiology, evaluation and relationship of breast fat necrosis surrounded by surgical patients. Pay attention to the permanent times connected by breast fat necrosis. Portray has a characteristic imaging conclusion related to breast fat necrosis. Assess the importance of an alliance and message inside between professional composition members and patients to get results for surgical patients who are intensifying breast fat necrosis. Breast fat necrosis is inanimate fat cells from an offended or is chemic thoracic bandana with the intention of replacing it with a bandana flaw and being present as a glaring prominence.

Recent Trends in Oncovin (Vincristine) Use for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: Liposomal Formulations, Pharmacogenomics, and Toxicity-Mitigation StrategiesOncovin is an antineoplastic" or" cytotoxic chemotherapy anticancer medication. This medicine is secret as an industrial unit alkaloid. Vincristine Sulfate is the sulfate mop up of a innate alkaloid insulate from the industrial unit Catharanthus roses (Vinca reseal.) by means of antibiotic and antineoplastic habituation .Vincristine binds once and for all to microtubules and spindle proteins in S stage of the cell cycle and interfere by means of the conformation of the mitotic spindle, thereby enthralling carbuncle cells in metaphase. This driving force too depolymerizes microtubules in addition to might also encroach with amino acid, cyclic AMP, and glutathione metabolism; calmodulin reliant Ca (2+) - actuate ATPase exertion; cellular respiration; and nucleic acid and lipid biosynthesis. Cancers treated in the midst of Oncovin take account of acute leukemia, Ewing's sarcoma, Hodgkin’s and non- Hodgkin's carcinoma, habitual leukemia’s, neuroblastoma, multiple myeloma, rhabdomyosarcoma, Wilms' excrescence, thyroid cancer, braintumors. It's too used to treat several blood diseases. Vincristine is worn to treat leukemia, Hodgkin’s complaint, non-Hodgkin's carcinoma, rhabdomyosarcoma (squashy rub down excrescences), neuroblastoma (malignancy with the intention of form in impulse-whams mop up), and Wilms' excrescence. Vincristine possibly will too be used for other purposes not listed in this drug companion. Oncovin, a vinca alkaloid insulate from the industrial unit Vinca roses, irrevocably binds to and stabilize tubule, by this means interpose microtubule congregation/ disassembly dynamics. Compare to customary liposomal delivery, sphingosomal drug deliverance additional increases rotation time of serum medicine and enhance medication accretion at excrescence spots, thus most important to a farther than augment in efficacy.

DEGENERATIVE-DYSTROPHIC CHANGES OF THE CERVICAL SPINE IN HUMANS AND ANIMALSIntroduction. Destructive changes in the spine occur through a number of reasons, one of the most important being spondyloarthrosis, osteochondrosis, herniated discs, etc.
Purpose. A morphological analysis of the body of the spine, as well as the neurological structure of patients, dogs and cats was carried out.
Materials and methods. In people and animals, the intensity of pain was assessed using additional adaptations, computed tomographic indicators with varying the thickness of the body ridges, morphometric indicators with an emphasis on localization regions C5–C7.
Results. Pathology of the spine configuration has been recorded in most people and dogs of large breeds. At the same time, deformation of the cervical spine has not been registered in other dogs and cats. The thickness of the body of the ridges along the length of the ridge in all groups was not uniform and there were few underlying patterns.
Conclusions. Creatures, especially dogs of great breeds, can be a model for the treatment of etiopathogenetic factors, clinical progression, and the prognosis of degeneration of the cartilaginous apparatus. Conducting a routine analysis of the possible development of prevention of the development of the osteochondral apparatus and the body.
