Physical Attributes, Squat Ability, and Long Jump Performance of Maguindanaon Junior High School Athletes
DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15362052
PDFView Article
This study explores how key physical attributes, including height, weight, arm length, and leg length, impact on athlete squat ability and ultimately, their long jump performance. This study was utilized a mixed method approach, combining a survey questionnaire to gather quantitative data on physical attributes, squat ability, and long jump performance. It was followed by semi-structured interviews to delve deeper into athletes' qualitative experiences and perceptions regarding their training and performance. The data was gathered using a validated research-made questionnaire. Mean, standard deviation (sd), correlation coefficient (r), and p-value were the statistical tools used to determine the relationship between physical attributes, squat ability, and long jump performance and thematic analysis, frequency count, and qualitative analysis to identify common patterns and insights regarding athletes’ backgrounds. The analyzed and interpreted data revealed that participants' height, weight, and arm length show a significant moderate association. Hence, multiple regressions show that weight best predicts long jump performance. Participants’ level of squat ability showed a significant and very strong association with long jump performance. Most participants had experience in training, competition, technical skills support, and the environment. Thus, it resulted in a moderate level of long jump performance. It is concluded that among the physical attributes, weight is the best predictor of long jump performance; squat ability had a significant and very strong association with long jump performance, and athletes with training and competition experience, good athletics skills, and strong support have a strong significant effect on long jump performance.

Inquiry-Based Approach in Teaching Geometry: It’s Impact on Learning and Attitude of Grade 7 Junior High School
DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15409552

This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of IBT in Geometry as well as its impact on learning and attitude of grade 7 Junior High School at Talayan National High School. IBT module in grade 7 geometry was used as an intervention to 74 IBT class covering the third quarter of the school year 2019- 2020. True experimental (IBT class and Non IBT class) and descriptive design were utilized in the study. Result revealed the significant findings that majority of the respondents in IBT class got improvement in their Geometry test scores from pre- test to post test in remembering (43 or 58%), understanding (44 or 59.4%), applying (44 or 59.4%), analyzing (40 or 54.1%), evaluating (46 or 62.2%) and creating (47 or 63.5%). Majority of the Non IBT Class in geometry have no improvement in their pre-test and post test in geometry in the categories; remembering (43 or 57.4%), understanding (54 or 72.1%), applying (53 or 70.7%), analyzing (40 or 53.4%), evaluating ( 37 or 49.3%) and creating (34 or 45.3 %). This signifies that conventional approach in teaching is less effective than the IBT approach. Result showed significant difference in the mean gain scores between Inquiry- Based Teaching Class (x̄= 0.92) and non- Inquiry Based Teaching class (x̄= 0.25) as indicated in the difference (F- value= 10.853 and p-value= 0.000). Hence, IBT is effective in teaching geometry. Result also revealed that most students strongly agree on the perceptions on use, impact and their attitudes in using IBT.

Human Rights Impact of Cyber Laws: A Comparative Study between Bangladesh and India
DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15533773
PDFView Article
Human Rights is one of the most important factors in every country. This dissertation will discuss the human Rights how enforced through the Cyber laws of Bangladesh. There are so many provisions of cyber laws in Bangladesh which protect human rights and also have some provisions that violate human rights as well. Not only the cyber laws but also the Constitution of Bangladesh also promises to uphold human rights of its citizens. Moreover, this dissertation aims to compare the cyber laws of India with Bangladesh so that it can be shown how far Bangladesh should improve its cyber laws in improving human rights. This dissertation also introduces how India ensures their human rights through the verdict of the Supreme Court of India. The findings of this dissertation shows that Bangladesh should take necessary steps to ensure human rights of its citizens.

QUALITY ASSESSMENT IN FIREFIGHTERS SERVICES: A STUDY CASE IN SAO PAULO STATE
DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15533810
PDFView Article
This article aims to propose an assessment of the quality of the public emergency service of a fire department, observing the process of identifying failures due to uncertainty about performance. There are few studies on the assessment of quality in public fire services through the analysis of customer bias and employee bias. An exploratory research was carried out using a Servperf questionnaire adapted for two stakeholders: customers and employees; observing the perception of the quality of operational services in the Fire Department of the State of São Paulo, Brazil. The main results illustrate that assurance and security were dimensions of the instrument that represent the quality of fire services by firefighters in the analysis of both groups, with few discrepancies between internal and external customers. It was also found that the importance attributed to services did not influence the assessment of the quality of services for these analyses. However, other characteristics need to be analyzed. Training of teams to deal with the professionals themselves in crisis. Training in humanized and agile care, inclusive in situations of multiple victims and demonstration of individualized care and sensitivity to the people served. Therefore, the creation of psychosocial support and protocols for empathetic action in the service, through psychological support after the service is the beginning.. The finding suggests managerial implications for leadership to further improve the operational services of firefighters.

Operating mode of Fourier series and transforms in molecular dynamics
DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15559383
PDFView Article
This article explores the use of Fourier series and transforms in the context of molecular dynamics. The Fourier transform is a powerful tool for analyzing random phenomena such as molecular motions and incoherent radiation. Starting from Schrödinger's formulation and concepts from quantum mechanics, the article highlights how Fourier series allow molecular motions to be decomposed into oscillations of different frequencies. Experimental results, often obtained from macroscopic samples, are compared with theoretical predictions, illustrating the challenges inherent in the study of dynamical systems. Practical applications, such as vibration analysis, X-ray diffraction, and second harmonic generation, are also discussed, highlighting the importance of these analytical methods. Finally, the article suggests perspectives for future research, particularly on the impact of molecular characteristics on random phenomena, thus strengthening the link between theory and experiment in chemistry and physics.
